How to use:

- Gather your measurements according to the measuring guide
- Open the relevant price table
- Find the selected fabric (Price group 1,2 or 3)
- Go to the nearest size (chose the size up from your actual measurements)
- Read off the price

Please call us with your window measurements and your curtain and blind preferences and we will give you an instant over the phone quote for your chosen window dressing.
Alternatively please e-mail us at info@thenurserycompany.com giving us the following information, and we will endeavour to get a quote back to you by e-mail within 24 hours.

- Type of blind (Venetian, roller, roman)
- Fabric choice for curtain
- Fabric choice for blind (only applicable to roman blinds)
- Fabric choice for voile curtain (if applicable)
- Choice of pole / track

All nursery collection accessories are standard prices detailed on the individual collection pages.
To order your collection, please contact us on 01395 272780. Payment can be made either by cheque, debit card or credit card. Regretfully we have to place a 2% charge for all credit card payments.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you to let you know about new fabrics and products on the site unless you have given your consent.
If we do send you a 'marketing email' about our services, you will have the option to refuse further marketing email.
We do not release your personal information to other traders or third parties, except to named fabric manufacturers solely in order that they send you fabric swatch samples directly.
The type of information we will collect about you your name, address, phone number and email address.

Complaints
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days. Please email us at info@thenurserycompany.com
Refunds and Returns
Obviously these are tailor-made products. We therefore can't accept returns unless we have been at fault. Specifically, we can't accept returns for mistakes in measurement or inappropriateness of fabric. We have considered offering refunds in the past and have concluded that eventually it forces us to put up our prices.
If, on the other hand, the manufacture of the product is faulty or not what you ordered, you may have a full refund by emailing info@thenurserycompany.com and returning the item(s) to us.
Payment
We cannot commence work on manufacture of the product until we receive your payment in full. delivery: 28 days. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
